These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the IELTSHOUSE AI website, applications, subscriptions, and related services.

By accessing or using IELTSHOUSE AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
IELTSHOUSE AI provides IELTS preparation tools, including writing and speaking evaluation, practice workflows, analytics, dashboards, subscription features, and related educational content.
The service is intended for learning and preparation only. Feedback, estimates, and AI outputs are not official IELTS scores and do not replace examiners, teachers, legal advice, medical advice, or other licensed professional services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own failure to maintain reasonable security.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts through unauthorized automated means, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the service or help others do so.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the platform, generate feedback, maintain records, enforce policies, and improve service performance.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that doing so does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
AI-generated feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You should independently review important outputs before relying on them. IELTSHOUSE AI does not guarantee any exam result, admission result, visa result, employment result, or score improvement.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, plan limits, billing cycles, and included features may change from time to time.
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe or other payment providers we may designate. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method accuracy, and charges incurred through your account.
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions according to the billing flow made available through the platform or payment provider.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, engaged in fraud, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that harms the platform or others.
The website, platform design, branding, software, visual assets, and non-user content are owned by IELTSHOUSE AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from the service.
The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, payment providers, analytics services, and AI infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party products or services except as required by law.
We may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, or that the service will always be error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSHOUSE AI and its operators, affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IELTSHOUSE AI and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
