• Support information you send to us, including emails, bug reports, account questions, and other communication records.

3. AI Processing

IELTSHOUSE AI uses third-party AI services to analyze submitted content and generate feedback. This may include written responses, transcripts, prompts, and related learning context required to return evaluation results.

AI-generated scores, suggestions, and feedback are educational outputs, not official IELTS results or certified professional advice.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited situations:

• With service providers that help us operate the platform, including authentication, hosting, database, billing, analytics, and AI processing providers.
